International Shipping

Taxes & Duties
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the US may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders that were initially shipped outside the US. All products shipped outside the US are considered final sale and as such they are non-refundable.

Possible Delays
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Crasqi or if it is considered "abandoned" due to the fact that we cannot reach you, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Crasqi. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and we care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities.
Keep in mind that we provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as product descriptions, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Order Processing Information::
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM US (US Eastern Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Crasqi will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. If the item you ordered is unavailable for any reason, we will contact you to inform you so you can decide between switching for another product that's in stock or receiving a full refund. 

Deliveries are done only on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
 
Crasqi reserves the right to change this Shipping Policy at any time and without notice unless notice is required by law. Any such changes will be posted and readily available at www.crasqi.com.
